Jeff Eaton is the Director of Hockey for SMHA and is the owner of The Advantage Hockey Development Inc.
Jeff is an accomplished business and reputable hockey professional, with 20+ years of leading industry expertise in supporting athletes reach their full potential at all levels of the game. Jeff and his group work closely with our Board of Directors to create a healthy culture at SMHA where players are taught to be respectful in a fun and productive hockey environment.
Player Development
The Advantage Hockey Development provides individual skill development for SMHA and is a leader in skill development for players at all ages and levels in Vancouver.
Their coaches are role models, professionals in teaching the game, and are personable with our players and families. They take pride in creating a fun and healthy learning environment and experience for each individual player.

Jennifer Gilligan
Jenn, member of The Advantage Hockey Development provides specific goaltending instruction to SMHA goalies. Jenn also works with Pro-Formance Goalie Schools.
